See a real AI interview and the scorecard it produces

No form, no call required. This is what a recruiter receives after a candidate finishes a Ployo interview: the conversation itself, a score on every dimension that matters for the role, the quote behind each score, and a clear verdict on the requirements you said you cannot compromise on.

Ployo interviewer

Your CV says you ran a shift team of nine. Tell me about a shift where something went wrong that you hadn't planned for. What did you do first?

Candidate

We lost two people to a no-show an hour before peak. I moved my most experienced person to the busiest station, told the team what I was doing and why, and flagged it to my manager before it turned into a queue.

Ployo interviewer

You said you told the team why. What did that change, and what would have made you escalate sooner instead?

Candidate

People stop guessing and stop asking me the same question. If we'd been two down for the whole shift rather than an hour, that's not something I can absorb, I'd have called it immediately.

A representative exchange, not a real candidate. Real transcripts stay private to the hiring team that ran the interview.

01

The interview happens

The candidate joins a live video call whenever they apply. Camera on, two-way, no scheduling. The AI works through the question set built from your job description and follows up on its own when an answer is thin. This is the part a one-way video tool cannot do: the second question above did not exist until the candidate gave the first answer.

The interview itself: camera on, two-way, and transcribed live rather than recorded as a clip for someone to watch back later.
02

Every must-have gets a verdict

The requirements you marked as non-negotiable are checked against what the candidate actually said on the call, not what the CV claims. Each one comes back met, partially met, or not met, with the moment in the transcript that decided it.

Every CV is matched against the requirements you set before anyone is invited to interview.
03

The scorecard is written

Scores are produced per dimension against a rubric calibrated for that role, and each one links to the verbatim quote that justified it. Nothing is asserted without a citation, which is what makes a score arguable rather than a number you have to take on faith.

Ployo shortlist: candidates ranked by score, with a per-dimension scorecard and the must-have verdict cited from the interview transcript
What a recruiter actually receives: candidates ranked, each score broken out by dimension, and every must-have marked met or not met against what the candidate said on the call.
04

The recording stays with the record

The full session and its synced transcript sit on the candidate record. If a hiring decision is ever questioned, the evidence is one click away rather than reconstructed from someone's notes.
